Maybe another time

I started writing a post about Addi finishing preschool and how she'll be in Kindergarten in the Fall and I was looking through pictures and started crying and just don't feel up for tears tonight, so maybe another night.  I know all parents deal with sending their kids off to real school and we will all survive, but holy cow I have a lot of emotions about it!  

So instead I'll share this maxi dress that I just got.  The sleeves remind me just a tad of a dress my sister had in the eighties, but floral dresses like this are in, right?  Right?  Either way I love it.  Hope you are having a great start to your week!

Favorite summer dress

I think this is my favorite item from shein in a long time!  It is the perfect summer dress and is so comfortable.  I love that it has a liner underneath too so it isn't see through, and that the back is elastic so a little extra stretchy!  And it's only $24! 

Also I just bought these shoes from Target.  The ones that I think every fashion blogger has some form of.  I've wanted them since they cam out but got them for 40% off last week.  Definitely worth it to wait till they are on sale as they were only $20!

I love maxi dresses, but they are often way too long on me.  And while I do know how to sew, and feel like I could figure out how to hem them, I have zero desire to do that.  I love that I can just knot the bottom of dresses like this, and then I'm not tripping over them.  This dress is so comfy, I want it in different colors and it'd be perfect to wear all summer long.  Plus it's only $16!

Oops.  Just a little while since I've posted last.  Life has been busy and good and tiring.  I need to work on some posts, like all about my amazing trip to Florida with my childhood girlfriends.  I still can't believe I really got to go!  Or about how we're just about to actual summer which  means next school year Addi will be in kindergarten.  Or how we're about to celebrate our 13 year wedding anniversary!  Where is time going?
But for now I'll just share this jumpsuit.  It's kind of loud, incredibly soft and silky and I love it.  I think I could own endless jumpsuits at this point and I'd be happy.  Even if it pees having to fully  undress every time to go the bathroom.  I love them.  
(For size reference, since it's always iffy with sites like this, I got a large.  A medium probably would've fit a little better, but I always size up if I'm not sure.)
